Good for the most part, but you don’t want a 4200RPM hard drive. Get a 5400RPM (or better, a 7200RPM) even if it means cutting back on the hard drive capacity. Also, I personally believe it is a shame to waste 15.4″ of LCD with a 1280×800 display. See if they have SXGA+ (1680×1050) – you’ll be happy you did. Finally, you may want to step up the warranty to 3 years. Laptops break and they’re not cheap to fix. If you’re going to be spending a lot of $$$ on a nice laptop you should protect your investment.
Other than those minor things that is one powerful machine.
Ok this is a amazing computer but what are u using it for? school? bussness? because the 2gb ddr2 is amazing but do u really need 200 gb hard drive? and if u do it good price its just in my opinon i dont like the 15.4″ screen i like 14″ better but thats me.
Sounds very reasonable to me.
it sounds like a goodf buy to me but i am in the uk and computers are generally more expensive over here, i say go for it
