It’s not a Windows PC so it won’t be able to run other programs–except those designed specifically for it. It runs a version of Linux and supports a browser (or appears to). It has a wireless interface.
I have no experience with this, but it’s certainly not a traditional PC — mac or pc. It has a very small storage capacity–no hard drive. It might be okay for limited Internet exploring… Connecting it to a printer? Dunno.
