I have a few laptops at stores which caught my attention:
$699 – SONY VAIO NS Series VGN-NS140E/S NoteBook Intel Core 2 Duo T5800(2.00GHz) 15.4″ Wide XGA 3GB Memory DDR2 800 250GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi Intel GMA 4500MHD
Personal Opinion:
Pros: Looks sexy, heard Sony make reliable, durable laptops.
Cons: I could probably get better specs at that price.
$750 – Toshiba – Satellite Laptop with Intel® Centrino® Processor Technology http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?…
Personal Opinion:
Pros: Looks good, long battery life
Cons: Only really attracted to the look, the specs aren’t great.
$650 – HP – Pavilion Laptop with Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T5800 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?…
Personal Opinion:
Pros:Very portable, very powerful, amazing specs for its price.
Cons: But I hate the mouse pad and I’d have to by a mouse with it (mice break so the costs add up), not attracted to it in any way other than its specs, i dislike the design plus it only comes with 2 USB ports so I’d probably need to buy a hub too.
I don’t care too much for powerful specs, I value durability most. I want something that will last but still holds up in specs and appearance.
Thanks guys
Please post laptops you think are better than all three of these, but also choose the better out of these three..thanks a lot

Best Laptop Suitable For Me?
August 23rd, 2009Hi!
My HP Pavilion just died out on me and lasted about 2.5 years. I wanted to know which laptop is convinient for me?
I will list most of the things I look in a laptop and my problems:
I used my laptop often.
I do not add software or anything of big size.
I use it mainly to surf the net, listening to music, and write my essays and do homework.
I want it to have a webcam, possibly a microphone (that last one can be excluded).
I’ve never operated Windows Vista, so if it has XP, that’s fine.
I need something reliable for 600 or under 600 dollars (I know it’s not much but I cannot spend anymore…)
Weight-wise, as light as I can get it with that price.
Reasonably long battery life.
Based on these preferences, what is realistically the best laptop for me? I’ve also considered mini laptops…but are they too uncomforable or bad on the eye?
THANK YOU!

Which Is The Best Laptop To Buy?
August 15th, 2009I have a somewhat hard question. I need a new laptop, as my last one (HP Pavilion) died!
I have considered the following but was told many things about the following brands (keep in mine I cannot spend more than 600 dollars :/)
MACS – Too expensive, different operating system
DELLS – They are good but the battery dies every year or so
HP – Horrible costumer service (and plus I’ve had a couple of HPs in my house and eh, it’s time for a change!)
I just need a computer that will last me at least 4 or 5 years! I am pretty clean with my laptop, and I don’t bombard it with files and the like, so yeah.
Help!!
