i have one and i am running linux on it a have done upgrades on it and on msn i can get my camera to work, i rang asus and threre said its not supported but after a little play on it i got my freinds web cam up so im sure its got to be something little to get it on any ideas any one have one
Eeepc Ubuntu Grub Prompt Help.?
June 12th, 2009So I have the EEEPC from ASUS, which I’ve installed a modified Ubuntu kernel on. (IBEX) I always have to choose this one from the Grub Prompt at the start. Granted I have been a computer tech for a couple different companies now, for 3 years. So feel free to jargon me up. But I’m quite a newbie when it comes to Linux, but basically I’d like to know how to make my modified kerenel the first choice in the list so it’ll just go to that automatically, without me needing to choose it with my arrow keys.

What Do You Think Of The Asus Eee-pc 4g?
June 12th, 2009I am looking at buying this Asus Eee-Pc and I wanted to know what people’s opinions on them are. What do you think.

I realise that the screen is small and it only has 4gb of space but I don’t mind the size and I can plug in an 8gb SD card for additional space.

How Much Does The Asus Eeepc Cost In Singapore?

Ipod Touch Vs Asus Eeepc. I Want To Access Wifi Hot Spots For Web Browsing And Checking Email?
June 8th, 2009I can get the ipod touch for $229 (8gig) or the eeepc for about $250 (2gig Surf).
Taking into consideration portability and features. Which would you recommend.
