Laptop Problems

what is that classmate pc by intel? does it function like a regular computer or laptop? do it run on an os like windows XP or a linux? can you connect to the net with it? does it have any limitations wherein you can’t do everything with it unlike what you can do with a regular desktop computer? does it work like an asus EEEpc? which is better? an Asus EEEpc or this Intel Classmate pc?
