Are they called netbooks or notebooks.
I was thinking of getting one because I only use this laptop for the internet.

Hi – Can You Use A Netbook In The Same Way As A Laptop. Can You Put Microsoft Word Etc Onto It.?
May 26th, 2009My daughter needs some kind of computer for just writing projects, letters etc and going onto the internet and maybe the odd game or two.
Would a notebook be any good.

Netbook And Desktop, Or Notebook?
May 24th, 2009i am a student and i have a budget of about 1000 dollars. i was wondering if i should acquire a netbook to use at school, and travel around with, and a desktop at home, or should i get a good laptop to bring to school and use at home as well?

Netbook Or Notebook? Help Me?
May 23rd, 2009i want a laptop for under 500$ and i was looking at an ASUS Eee. it comes with windows and has internet access . all i want it for is to serf the web, use itunes and write papers for classes. i also want to watch dvds but it does not have a cd slot. there for making it difficult to do that haha. but i was thinking i could just buy the dvds on itunes and watch them on there. then i also would not have to carry them with me. should i just go for a note book or should a stick with the one im looking at?

I Need Help. Netbook Or Notebook?
May 23rd, 2009Ok so my dad agreed to buy me a computer for Christmas. The thing is I’ve heard of netbooks and notebooks and I don’t know what the difference is. I’m just gonna say the things I’ll have on my computer and please tell me what would be the best for me. This laptop will be used for school so I’ll have Microsoft Powerpoint, Word etc. It’ll also be used for entertainment so I’ll have itunes etc. Any ideas? Please any help would be appreciated.
