My laptop suddenly shut down when plugged in and charging, and since I have been unable to charge it. When I turn the laptop on the light that lets me know that it is charging just flashes on and off till I turn the laptop off (I only have enough battery left to check if it is working). I have had a few problems before with the adapter and it doesn’y seem to be a problem with that.
My laptop model is a hp pavilion ze4800, which I have had for around 2-3 years. I will be replacing it after Christmas but I need it for an essay (which needs to be handed in soon) so any help would be great. Thanks.
P.s. I’m using the university computers to write this question.

Laptop Battery Power Doesnt Seem To Last Very Long?
June 26th, 2009i have a hp pavilion laptop model ze4540us when i take it off of electric power the battery only lasts a couple of hours maybe less, but when i plug it back onto electricity the battery charges up to full. is this the norm for a battery or should i be looking for a new battery?
