Where Would I Buy A Laptop With Out All Of The Added Hardware, I Think This Is Called A Barebook. Please Help!

i am looking to buy a new laptop with out a hard drive or any memory or a graphics card. where would i go to buy one of these and if i can find this i would like to buy an HP Pavilion tx1000z series. i think this is called a barebook? that is the only part i need to buy. i would like for it to come with a power cord and a battery, but no more than that. when i say now hard ware i mean no hard ware. just the barebook of this or alike laptops. please help!
